Mike Huckabee says he has no idea how the attack ad he has disavowed got out and is now being played all over the Internet and on cable TV. Huckabee says he doesn't want to run a negative campaign, but then says his anti-Romney offensive could have got a lot meaner. And he squares all this with his Baptist ministry?
We've had too many presidents with short-term memory loss. George W Bush being the one who sometimes conveniently forgets his own short-term memory loss in order to contradict his own statements, making non-sequitors an art form. Huckabee hasn't even passed the first hurdle and is slipping up in the forgetfulness stakes. He's been mugging up on Middle Eastern history, but it won't do him much good if he continues to see the people of this region as barbarians in need of a good thrashing.
He's talking of radical jihadists, but isn't his fundamendalist Bible-bashing assertions just a tad similar? 32% in the Iowa caucuses? Who's voting for the guy? Tonight the voters of Iowa need some serious praying to do!!

Wow! Do you really think that jihadist terrorism is like evangelical Christianity? Do you know anything about it other than what the secularist, liberal media feed you?
I invite you to find out!
Stephen,
I didn't say that evangelical Christianity is like jihadist terrorism. I said that Huckabee's fundamentalism may be a tad similar.
In that, I meant that his negative assertions about others could be seen as going down that line. I have been of the opinion that a fundamentalist belief is somewhat different from an evangelical one!
