9/11 Remembered

Tomorrow is the anniversary of 9/11. The atrocity that rocked America and the world. Gradually the truth is coming out, but wow have a lot of people suffered since then.

Donald Rumsfeld is a man with a good bit of talking still to do. He's got a big rap sheet to explain. George Bush dining at the White House two days later with the Saudi Ambassador. And the Pentagon still smoking away in the distance! What does he know that we should all know?

Bin Laden is still doing his amateur movie stuff. Little children with wounds too sickening to think about. And Middle America carries on seemingly oblivious to the fact that George Bush had some very murky dealings with the Bin Laden family.

In this world there are some great people. Such as those that laid down their lives to save others so that they could get out of the twin towers. And then there are those who cynically exploit the world's problems for gain and power.

Saddam Hussain had people shot, gassed, strung up, and blown up. Is there any difference between a man who obtains such weaponry and equipment to carry out these deeds and those who supply the stuff for what Donald Rumsfeld so neatly describes as "clinical and humane" bombing?
