This frog belongs to a Thai woman who claims her pet enjoys riding toy motorcycles and can predict winning lottery numbers. Tongsai Boommrungtai, aged 52, came across the black spotted frog, which she called Nong Oui, outside her house in Roi-Et, Thailand. The amphibious beast is now a local pundit on winning lottery numbers.
It isn't the same pundit used for the New Hampshire pre-primary opinion polls? No, surely not!
