Rebekah Brooks gave back police horse in poor health

I have just seen on the BBC News website that Rebekah Brooks, News International red top and former editor, did not treat the horse she was lent as well as she should. He was described as being in "poor condition". The animal died of natural causes after being returned to the police. Maybe one or two unnatural causes as well, such as prolonged inactivity due to inconsiderate horse borrower.
